I am offering a free Support Circle for Therapists Responding to the July 4th Central Texas Floods. If you’ve been holding space for people affected by the floods, you’ve likely been carrying your own load of grief, overwhelm, and heavy emotions.
Join fellow therapist-responders in a supportive space to process the impact of this work, connect in community, and receive the care you so often give.
This free group offers:
• A space for connection, reflection, and mutual support
• A trauma-informed facilitator to assist the group in processing secondary trauma and vicarious grief
• Gentle containment to help soothe your nervous system
